Joe Debrincat:
His watch came to an end this week. He was a competitive racer active in Fleet 2 since the 1960’s. He raced a red wooden Mk 1 Wayfarer named the Maltese Falcon in honor of his Maltese heritage. He was an architect, artist, and avid sailor. He qualified for the worlds of several occasions and was a member of the USWA board. He will be missed.
